Today (August 7th) Amy, who left us only 8 short weeks ago, came down from the Rainbow Bridge to take Paddy back with her. Once again together they will play and run in those green fields and will live in our hearts and souls forever. Dear Paddy we will miss you and your happy playful ways so very very much. You would play with your ball for hours on end asking us to throw it and you would bring it back with tail wagging. Then if we would not throw it again because we were busy you would intentionally place it in our way forcing us to throw it. I would be unloading the dishwasher and you would put your ball inside the dishwasher….. Paddy, not only were you a Champion show dog, you were our child, our boy, our companion. Paddy was a fun dog to show. At the 2001 Irish Setter Club Of America National in Lancaster, PA he won his 6-9 Month Puppy Class, placed 4th in the Sweepstakes and helped his dad place in the Stud Dog Class. Paddy went on to easily finish his Championship. You had a beautiful side gait and we always said that a glass of water could be placed on your back and as you glided around the ring, not a drop would spill. How do you heal a broken heart? You will be with us forever and ever. Mommy Diane and Daddy Paul Back to Paddy's Main Page |
